Bad Cops, Blind Courts, Weak Government:

Police, courts and government function only with the consent of the people, and the people are getting fed up.* The legal system from top to bottom is squandering the good will of the people as if there were no limit. Drunk driving offenders and even repeat drunk driving offenders in police departments, cover-ups, lies* and bogus internal investigations* into what amounts to murders committed by police, weak-kneed judges and inappropriate sentences, and a federal government that has simply opted out. A federal government that won't create an office with effective teeth to wade in and fix things. If we- you and I- don't correct the legal system soon, we may find it will be too late. " Every man for himself."

Is that going to be the future Status of the Status Quo?

Boycott the RCMP:

If you live on RCMP turf, call your nearest non- RCMP municipal police force if you need help from decent police or if you have information decent police should have. Let them relay it to the RCMP if they insist. This may help increase accountability for the RCMP thugs.

You could also contact investigate@cbc.ca and perhaps get public attention.

Kelowna Mountie gets to keep job despite domestic assault

Kelowna, B.C. (CHBC News) – A Kelowna Mountie who earlier pleaded guilty to beating up his estranged wife and pulling out his loaded RCMP handgun in front of his young children will be keeping his job.

The decision was made on Wednesday at an RCMP disciplinary hearing in Kelowna for Staff Sergeant Owen Wlodarczak, 41.

The Mountie is on three years’ probation after pleading guilty to a violent domestic assault in May where he struck his wife in the face and head.

The disciplinary hearing decided to demote Wlodarczak to sergeant and is requiring him to turn in his handgun at the end of every shift.

A restraining order has also been removed, which means Wlodarczak can visit his children with the permission of his estranged wife.

He is still required to attend counselling of a regular basis.

On May 4th, 2011, Staff Sergeant Owen Wlodarczak from Kelowna, head of Interrogation for all of BC and head of Polygraph for all of BC, brutally beat his estranged wife, pointed his loaded RCMP gun at her with a bullet in the breech and four more in the chamber and then pointed it at his own head while his two daughters watched in horror. He went through his tribunal Dec. 19-21st. 2011 in Kelowna. Guess what happened to him? He was demoted to Sergeant and he was on full salary the whole time. He is now ready to go back to work to protect other families and the public from doing exactly what he did just 7 months ago! Really, is allegedly stealing and using cocaine from an RCMP exhibit a crime that is far worse than tramatizing your children and ex-wife, a memory that is with them for the rest of their lives! No! We are taliking about chlid abuse and spousal abuse that is unbelievable.

The RCMP have swept this one under the rug. Let’s sit back and watch what happens to Staff Sergeant Stuart Seib.

Paulson was in full command when Staff Sergeant Wlodarczak’s tribunal took place. Very interesting

So Much for the new lying RCMP Boss

He said rotten cops would no longer be on the payroll when suspended. He lied. What else is new?

We would have smarter police if we replaced the RCMP with monkeys.

The reporter suggests stiffer penalties for stupid or bad behavior (like these parents leaving their kids alone in a freezing car). Why don't we use that suggestion on the mounties?
